No Pass, No Fee MOT Offer

1. Offer Overview

Under the "No Pass, No Fee MOT" offer, customers will only pay for a MOT test if their vehicle passes, subject to the conditions set out below.

2. Participating Locations

This offer is valid exclusively at IN'n'OUT Autocentres in Erith and Milton Keynes.

3. No Pass, No Fee

• If the vehicle fails its MOT, no MOT test fee is payable.

• Customers may take their vehicle away with no obligation to proceed with repairs at IN'n'OUT Autocentres.

4. Repairs and Subsequent Pass

• Any repair work carried out by IN'n'OUT following a failed MOT will be charged at standard IN'n'OUT rates.

• If the vehicle subsequently passes its MOT at IN'n'OUT, the full MOT test fee (£50.00) will then be charged, less any amount already paid, if applicable.

5. Retests at IN'n'OUT

• If a vehicle is returned to IN'n'OUT for a retest and fails again, a fee equivalent to 50% of the current DVSA MOT test fee will apply (£27.43).

• If the vehicle passes on retest, the full IN'n'OUT MOT test fee becomes payable (£50.00).

6. Retest Time Limit

Vehicles must be presented for retest within 10 days of the original MOT failure to qualify under this offer.

7. No Hidden Fees

• There are no hidden charges associated with the initial MOT test under this promotion beyond those clearly stated above.

• Any additional work will always be quoted and agreed with the customer before being carried out.

8. No Cash Alternative

This offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for any other service or discount.

9. General Conditions

• IN'n'OUT Autocentres reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

• This offer is subject to availability and standard MOT booking terms.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
